Sunny Double Room in Charming House in Headington

Hi! I am currently renting one room in my family's house. I am the only resident living in the property. There is lots of space, as there are a total of three bedrooms, but only renting one room. You have your choice of which room!

I am looking for a young professional to rent the room for a short-term stay of around 6 months with the possibility for extension. Aged preferably late 20-mid 30s. Please note I have a lovely cat, who will also share the space with us! :) As it is a family home, everything is furnished and I expect the house to be treated with respect / shared responsibilities of house chores.
