Double Room for 3 month let

Hello, we have a double room in a lovely female house. Short term let as I am going travelling for 3 months. Room available from 1st January- 31st March.

The house is located in Headington, very close to the JR, Churchill and NOC hospitals. Walking distance to Headington and the city centre, with good bus links. 5 minutes walk to the bus directly to London.

The rent is inclusive of all bills (council tax, electricity, internet, tv licence). There is a spacious communal open-plan living area/kitchen and two bathrooms, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is street parking available if you have a car (permit required).

The room comes with a generous size desk and storage space including a chest of drawers, wardrobe and shelf space. Very light room with a skylight and a window. I have been here for three years and have really enjoyed living here.

We have a good relationship with the landlord. She is very responsive and practical.

About us: We are female professionals in our twenties. We are all busy but enjoy spending time together, and having a good chat while cooking/watching a movie - it is a very friendly, peaceful house to live in! We are not a big party house, but enjoy the occasional drink/night out together. Due to our busy work schedules, we appreciate quiet evenings during the week, and are all quite early risers. We also like to keep the communal spaces tidy, and have a cleaning rota to do so.
