Conveniently located to Headington, the hospitals and Cowley. Some bills are included (wifi, council tax etc) apart from electricity and heating which are paid separately every month, there are solar panels on the roof which keeps the price of these down.

The room will be available from mid-December.
All friendly professionals in the house, respectful of each other's privacy but happy to hang out together and all get along well! For the gender balance in the house we are looking for a female housemate.
