Down stairs room for rent

I am the father of three children 12, 9 and 8. I am offering a room for rent with all bills included in return for 20 hrs of school runs to and from school which would occur on three days alternate weeks. The room would ideally suit a person who wants to keep their expenditure low and cover their costs of living as a student. The oldest child is independent and the younger two are pretty easy. They are delightful children.
