Cosy room available in Headington girl house 🫶🏼

I am sadly moving out of our lovely girl house in Headington, Oxford leaving behind my 3 lovely housemates. I have loooved living here for the past 18months and am only moving due to a new job elsewhere.

Available to move in in December but just be taking over the tenancy by the new year xx

THE ROOM:
This is one of the 2 smaller rooms in the house, but we freshly painted it in September and it’s a really cosy room. This room either comes with a single bed (currently in the attic) or you can buy the 3/4 bed and mattress currently there for £200 from Lauren. It’s only 2 months old!!! The furniture that will stay is the chest of drawers, a bedside table and the wardrobe.

THE HOUSE:
The house is a lovely space, the girls have decorated it really nicely. There is one bathroom that we all share but honestly we have never had any issues with waiting! The location is great, 5 min walk to Headington shops, 15 min walk to the JR Hospital and a quick bus journey into central Oxford.

THE HOUSEMATES:
You will be moving in with Meg (24yo Nurse), Emily (24yo Midwife) and Lauren (26yo health visitor). They are such lovely girls and 3 of my best friends now! We have done a few girls trips, lots of fun days and nights out and there is always someone around for a yap and a chill.

MONEY BITS:
The room is £500 per month excluding bill which usually come to around £115-£130 per month depending on the season.
The deposit is £550 and will be paid to me. There is a change of tenant fee which I will pay!
