This is a smaller double room in central Headington only 2 minutes from shops and buses to London, Oxford, Didcot and all airports. All cafes and shops in Headington are only 2 minutes away. The property is walking distance to all Headington hospitals, The JR, Churchill and NOC. and close to Brookes.

The room has a 4 feet double bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and can have a small desk and chair if required.

There is a bathroom with shower and a downstairs shower room which is shared between only 3 tenants .

There is a shared living room, a further quiet room and a large kitchen diner which is fully equipped and overlooks the garden and patio.

All bills are included in the monthly cost. This includes council tax, utilities, water rates, tv licence and broadband.

We are looking for tidy, considerate people who will fit in with the current housemates.
