Double Room In Headington Shops🌸

Hi! I'm looking for a female to replace my current tenancy. There's one other lovely girl living in the property. There's a massive living room, bathroom, kitchen and a specious double bedroom with a great closet.
Bills are not included but come up between 60-100 a month (depending on the month).
I need to move out as soon as possible and the tenancy can start earlier than February if all the papers and checks are done before(at no extra costs).
We can discuss regarding the deposit as well, if needed.
