Newly decorated 2 bedroom flat, looking for one person who doesn’t cook or does little cooking with microwave oven & air fryer, because the kitchen hasn’t put in yet. Bills included (with fair use terms and conditions) except council tax. Students don’t need to pay council tax, single person can apply for single person discount.
Looking for someone can move in asap because I’m leaving the UK after a week!

There are 5 spaces:
1, entrance reception room, 2.5 metres X 3 meters, where the fridge freezer and Wash machine are;
2, shower room &toilet;
3, open plan kitchen;
4, double room 3.1 meters X 4.2 meters;
5, double room 3.3 meters X 4.2 metres.
There is no sitting-room, so one bedroom can be used as sitting room, storage room, office or guest room. Or you can put another room on Airbnb to get income, it would be allowed by the landlord, the 2 rooms used to be on Airbnb, very easy to get bookings because of the location.

The flat is at 1st floor, quiet and bright. New windows, new carpet, and newly painted the entire space. Location is near all the hospitals, Brookes Uni Headington campus, Oxford University old road campus, BMW mini plant.
The flat is WALKING distance to:
1, Nuffield hospital (5 minutes);
2, Churchill hospital (6-10 minutes);
3, JR hospital (10-15 minutes);
4, Oxford University Old Road campus and research institute (5-10 minutes);
5, Brookes university Gipsy Lane campus (10-15 minutes) ;
6, BMW mini plant(15-20 minutes).
The house located at Woodfarm, Headington, Oxford. Easy bus transport to city center and central Headington, Cowley Centre etc. Very convenient with public transports, bus stops & shops nearby (2 minutes on foot). Frequent bus routes to Oxford town center every 12-15 minutes from 5am to 11:45pm.
