HI!!! Looking for a Brookes undergrad or post-grad student to take over my tenancy in Cheney Student Village as I'll be moving out in the beginning of May. Contract runs until the end of August, and it's a great option for students looking to work in Oxford over the summer. The room is right above reception, close to laundry facilities, and right outside the Brookes Sports Bar and Brookes Gym. Also, a 2 minute walk from South Park. It's an 8 minute walk from the university where there is a bus stop and a CO-OP. Currently living in a flat of 6 however, 4 of my current flatmates plan to move out over the summer, so it would be pretty much an empty flat. My flatmate planning to stay is very neat and quiet, which will be the most ideal living condition. Not picky at all with requirements for a new tenant.
