Communal areas are open-plan and include a kitchen, with a breakfast bar, two cookers, two sinks, fridge freezers, a microwave and plenty of cupboard space. All crockery and cooking equipment are provided and communal areas are cleaned regularly by Ox Living. There are washing machines and dryers. Private garden at the back of the house. Secure bike storage is available.

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no-deposit option (Reposit) minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy.
