Very large room 13ft x 13ft (4m x 4m) for quiet single non-smoker. Ideally situated at the top end of Wiindmill Road. £430 pcm + some bills, live-in owner, room available immediately. Shared bills are gas, electricity and water. Owner pays Council Tax and WiFi.

In 2024 bills were on average £164 a month per person (less in summer, more in winter because of the cost of heating). In 2025 it is expected that rent + bills will total about £600 pcm.

On moving in, a payment in advance is required, to cover utility bills that arrive after departure.

There are many amenities locally. There is an excellent bus service to most parts of Oxford. Coaches to London, Heathrow and Gatwick are a 5 minute walk away.

While we would prefer a long-term working person, a short term stay can be negotiated.
