Newly furnished double room for single occupancy available in Headington Quarry. The room includes double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, desk, swivel chair, TV, sofa, fresh mattress topper and bedding to make the space lovely and ready for you!
We are a couple of live-in landlords with two lovely cats and there will be 2 other lodgers including yourself. This is a large home so is really nice and peaceful with everyone having plenty of space.
We’re looking for a calm professional or student to share our home with. You’ll have access to kitchen, WC, bathroom and courtyard. Final price with all the bills included + cleaning of shared areas is 880.
Amenities included: fully equipped room, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, air fryer, vacuum... We take pride in our house so are looking for people who share our values to keep nice spaces that way.

Close to both the ring road and Headington shops (10-15 minutes), Quarry is a charming area, quiet and convenient. Headington also has a lot of green space and general amenities, e. g. Bury Knowle Park and of course the Headington Shark!
Bus stop is 2 minutes away and you can easily get into:
- Oxford City Centre (17mins by bus and bike)
- Oxford Brookes (10 min)
- Oxford Brookes Wheatley (28 min)
- Nuffield and John Radcliffe Hospital (20 min walking and 15 min by bus)
- London (1.5-2 hours on Oxford Tube)
- Gatwick & Heathrow easy coach access with National Express and Airline (1.5-2 hours)

Parking can be discussed as Quarry is a permit area, but you should be able to apply with no issues.
