Ensuit Room for the academic year available

Hi!
I'm looking for someone to take over my accommodation contract at Slade Park for the next academic year, from September till the end of the contract (August).
This room is en-suite (with small double bed) on the 1st floor, very spacious, has a lot of storage (wardrobe, under bed storage and more), shared kitchen with 2 fridges only sharing with 5 other people, lovely staff as well. The accommodation is very close to aldi (5 minute walk) so you can do your food shop there as well as a variety of smaller shops near by. The room is very close to both universities by bus and also is in walking distance, and also has many connections to city centre.
The room is £203 per week, all bills included! with a £200 cashback after the tenancy contracted has ended.
You are able to ask for preferences to who you would like the live with from the accommodation as well and if you need to extend your contract a summer extension is also available!
