One bedroom in a lovely four bedroomed house share will be available any time from now, due to our long-term housemate moving out after 5 years in the house. There will be flexibility with a move in date, so please do get in contact if you’re interested and we can discuss.

The house is located close to the Oxford ring road in a quiet area. The house has a good size garden, spacious kitchen/dining area and separate toilet and shower rooms. It is well located to access the nearby hospitals, close to bus stops for getting into the city centre, as well as well connected to travelling outside of Oxford. We are close to Shotover country park which is a short walk away.

The cost listed above currently includes cost of all bills and essential household items. We currently do our own meals, although we are flexible with cooking arrangements so can discuss more with you if there is something which would work better for any new house hold arrangement.
