Room in Headington - Females Only

One bedroom in a lovely four bedroomed house share in Headington will be available around the end of September, due to one of our housemates leaving to buy their own house. There is likely to be flexibility in the move in date, so please do get in contact if you’re interested and we can discuss. The room is available to women only.

The house is located close to the Oxford ring road in a quiet area. The house has a good size garden, spacious kitchen/dining area and separate toilet and shower rooms. It is well located to access the nearby hospitals, close to bus stops for getting into the city centre, as well as well connected to travelling outside of Oxford. We are close to Shotover country park which is a short walk away.

The cost listed above currently includes cost of bills, council tax and a weekly food shop, but we are open to discussions around what arrangements would work best for anyone new moving in.

We are three working professionals (a mix of working at home and in the office). Two of us have lived in Oxford for many years and one has recently moved in, within the last six months. We are an easy going and relaxed household. We would be looking for someone who would want a minimum of 9 months ideally.
