Hey! I’m looking for someone to join this lovely, tranquil home.
Available from 1 Nov 2025 - 1 double bedroom situated in the gorgeous Headington quarry village, Headington - Oxford.

It’s a cosy garden facing bedroom. Double bed, fully furnished with double bed frame, mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, curtains. Under bed space to store items. Shared bathroom between 3 people.
The house has a spacious ground floor with shared kitchen, open plan living room with 2 double sofas /dining area, French doors opening to garden.
It’s in a quiet, charming area that’s about 15 mins walk to Headington shops, 20 minutes by bus or a 45-minute walk to the city centre.

All bills are included – gas, electricity, water, council tax (band D) and Wi-Fi – paid to one of the flatmates who handles them. In winter it might be around £25 extra, but in summer it’s usually much less. Students pay the same to cover council tax.

The current flatmates are respectful, clean, tidy and friendly – happy for a chat but also great at giving you personal space. Open to socialising with cup of tea or out for coffee/pub.

The place is managed by Lucy Properties who are quick to sort out any maintenance issues with no added charge, and you can even sign up for monthly yoga classes if you like.

I love living in the home, I’ve been here for 2 years and am very settled and happy due to the tranquility, calm and peace the home brings.
The room will be let on a first come, first serve basis. I work long days in centre Oxford so availability for viewings will be most evenings.
We need to find someone ASAP for move in from 1 November.
