Looking for a new housmate

Hello,

We are looking for a new housemate to fill a double room in our house share, which is available from the 19th of November in Headington, Oxford. It's a 5-minute walk to JR Hospital, and about 30-minute bus to town. The room is furnished with a bed. The rent includes all bills.

In the house, we have a small shared living room, a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a nice garden we can relax in or feed the birds. There is also one bathroom and wc downstairs, and one bathroom upstairs.

We are all busy working professionals with a different mix of jobs. We are a quiet bunch who also like a chat over cooking and eating in the kitchen, and like to relax after work. We also have the occasional get-together and play a good board game. We are considerate and friendly, but also respect each other's space. We are not a party house, and we try our best to treat the house like a home. We all do our part to keep the house tidy and follow the cleaning rota we have. We hope to find someone who is like-minded.
