Room to rent in a recently refurbished detached house. Currently set up as 2 large double bedrooms, one small bedroom and a study room. Sharing with just one professional working for University of Oxford but with regular visits of my 8 year old daughter.
Located in Headington area, fully furnished with high-quality furniture, and a king sized bed. Will consider offering as unfurnished if required.
The ground floor features a spacious fully equipped kitchen with high-quality kitchen appliances, including a range cooker, air fryer, toaster, kettle and all cooking accessories, eg. frying pans, sauce pans, cutleries, etc. There's also a small utility room with washing machine and separate dryer, and additional fridge and freezer.
Living and dining area is spacious and comfortable, with sofas, large table and chairs and a 55 inch TV set. There is a second living room currently awaiting floor repair and renovation which will be available to use as guest bedroom/living room/workout space from January.
Fast WiFi, water and up to £50 of gas/electricity bills are included in the price.
Council tax is not included.

Elegant and peaceful area with friendly neighborhood. Easy access to London, Oxford city centre and Heathrow Airport, frequent and direct buses to all directions.
