Spacious Double Room in Friendly House

I currently live with two lovely and friendly female housemates but am moving out to live with my partner. The room is a large double on the ground floor. The house has 4 rooms but one is kept spare for everyone's guests and a shared desk.

The house is fully furnished with all kitchen supplies available. The room itself is furnished with a double bed + mattress, a small shelf, clothes rail, chest of drawers and chair (please note this is different from the furniture seen in the pictures.

It is available early Jan.

It's a very friendly communal atmosphere and we do a lot of shared cooking and socialise at run clubs and often in the pubs around oxford.

The room is double and has a large bay window at the front, there's a downstairs bathroom and shower too. The rent is £905 with bills on top of that (around £160). It is available from around January 12th. It is near the Churchill hospital in Lye Valley area of Oxford.

One housemate is a doctor working in obs and gynae, she is very active and goes to the gym regularly. She's also currently training for a half marathon. The other is a clinical scientist and loves netball and running. She also loves cooking exciting gluten free recipes.

We have a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is street parking and one space available on the drive which is normally shared between the housemates depending on who holds the permits.

Our landlord is excellent and very responsive, he has always been very happy to buy replacement furniture when required and solve any issues.
