Spacious double room in Headington.

As I’m looking at moving out in December/new year, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy! The room is very spacious with a nice bay window, and comes furnished with a desk and chair, bookshelf and a wardrobe. All of the guys here are young professionals two of whom work from home. We have a nice shared living room and one bathroom. The house benefits from being very close to the Headington roundabout (2 mins walk) and so provides excellent access to the ring road and to the M40. Also the Bus stop for the Oxford tube is right at the end of our road. We have a large garden, Garage and a driveway that can accommodate 8 cars. There is a patch of bubbling and peeling on the wall to the side of the bay window however the landlord is currently looking at fixed ASAP.
