I’m advertising my Beech House room as a contract takeover. My tenancy runs until 21 August 2026. The photos are from the Beech House website and show the same room type/layout as mine (I haven’t used my own photos as the room is currently full of personal items).
I have already paid the 05/01/2026 installment of £4,194.75, covering Jan–Mar. The incoming tenant would reimburse only Feb + Mar (i. e., 2 months = £2,796.50, based on £4,194.75 ÷ 3 = £1,398.25/month) when taking over. After that, the next scheduled payment is 13/04/2026: £2,157.30.
