En-suite room near Ox Brookes/Old Road Campus

I’m a research scientist working at the hospital and looking for someone to share the house with me. The room is a spacious en-suite room with a small double bed, ultra fast WiFi, dedicated workspace and plenty storage. The energy rating is C.

The private bath features a large backlit LED mirror and 24hours hot water.

Downstairs are a spacious living room with a projector (Netflix included). Exercise bike and dumbbells in the living room which you can help yourself. Feel free to put your own books on the shelf. There is a mini Karaoke as well.

The kitchen is fully equipped with nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, filtered water, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine in addition to the hobs and oven. There’s a large outdoor dining area as well.

Free parking available. Water and internet bills included. Female preferred. CCTV outside the house you will have access to.

*This will be a lodger contract*. I’m pretty flexible and liberal and hope you can feel comfortable and fully relax here. You don’t need to do any cleaning (except your own room which I won’t enter without your permission) which I’ll take care of with my robots:) you also don’t need to wash your dishes (just load them to the dishwasher and they’ll be crisp clean next morning). Daily essentials are also included.

I’m not a party person, but you are free to invite your friends here for dinner or Netflix as long as you don’t make a lot of noise for the neighbours after 11PM (but please let me know in advance so that I won’t be in my pyjamas ).
