Room:
- Spacious room with double bed, closet, chest of drawers (desk and bookshelf belong to current housemate but can discuss leaving this behind).
- Lovely view of the garden and nature reserve next door.

House:
- This is a spacious 3-bed house with a shared bathroom, kitchen with ample storage space, and spacious living room.
- House is kept clean and uncluttered by housemates, with a shared cleaning rota and respectful use of communal space (no parties, please).
- Lovely garden which is regularly maintained by agency.
- Bicycle shed available and parking negotiable with neighbours.

Location:
- Very convenient for the hospitals - 3min walk to Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, 10min walk to Churchill and 30min walk to JR
- 10min to Headington shops, with plenty of bus stops for Oxford/London/airports etc.

Housemates:
- You will be joining 2 housemates, both are female working professionals. One of them has a cute chihuahua, very friendly once she gets to know you and very clean and quiet.

Costs:
- Rent is 700 and bills are between 150-200 pm.
- Deposit is 620.

What we are looking for:
- Preferably females, someone with a mature outlook in life, who values open communication, likes clean, uncluttered spaces and is respectful of communal areas. The current housemates enjoy some shared time together over a movie night, board games, or shared meals (but not required).
- Unfortunately, not open to more pets currently.
- References required, agents are Lucy properties and have been great to deal with.
