Looking for a new housmate

Hello,

We are looking for a new housemate to fill a double room in our house share. It is available from the 16th of March in Headington, Oxford. It's a 5-minute walk to JR Hospital, about a 30-minute bus ride to town. The room is furnished with a bed. The rent includes all bills. (even the internet)

In the house, we have a small, shared living room, a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, and a nice garden where we can relax, especially when the sun comes out. There is also one bathroom and a WC downstairs, and another bathroom upstairs.

We're all busy working professionals with our own unique jobs. We're a quiet bunch who enjoy friendly chats while cooking and sharing meals in the kitchen, and we like to unwind after a busy day. Every now and then, we come together for a get-together and enjoy a fun board game. We're considerate, friendly, and respectful of each other's space. Our house isn't a lively party place; instead, we treat it like a warm, welcoming home. Everyone pitches in to keep things tidy and follows our cleaning rota. We're looking forward to finding someone who shares our way of life and values.
