Located in Headington, this student accommodation is just 6 minutes by bike or 10 minutes by bus from Old Road Campus, and 8 minutes by bike or 13 minutes by bus from Oxford Brookes University and Headington Shops. It is also only a 5-minute walk from Horspath Driftway Retail Park, where you will find a large ALDI store and a gym.
This is a first-floor en-suite room overlooking the courtyard, with a pleasant south-west orientation that brings in good natural light and airflow. Inside the room, you will have a spacious desk, plenty of storage space, and additional under-bed storage. Fast internet is also included, 200 Mbps Wi-Fi or 600 Mbps via Ethernet. As an extra, the bed comes with a super-comfy mattress topper. Within the flat, you will share a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and living area with three others, including a large worktop, dining table, and sofa. The accommodation also offers a lovely courtyard, secure bike storage, and a shared social space with a TV and pool table.
The total rent for the remaining period is £4,620.29, which is the exact pro-rata value for the 157 days remaining on the contract. As the rent was originally paid in full upfront, the takeover amount would also need to be paid in a single instalment.
