I am looking for somebody to take over my contract at the park student accommodation on horspath road.
I am looking to move out ASAP so the room is available immediately, and it is a great place to live.
I am moving due to my job being relocated.

second floor six bed shared flats are perfect for students who want the privacy of their own room and bathroom whilst sharing a living space with other students. Each 12 sqm room comes with a small double bed, space to study, plenty of storage and an ensuite bathroom. You’ll share a social living space and kitchen with up to 5 others. Each kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge freezer, oven and microwave.

All utility bills, free WIFI and free contents insurance are included in the rent.
