Spatious double rooms and single room

I will be a live out landlord. I'm looking for tidy people to take my rooms or the whole house. Contracts for up to a year will be considered. The whole house (2 double rooms, one single room) is also available to rent at £575 pcw bills included or £2100 pcm bills included.

The double rooms are also available to couples for £1150 pcm bills included.

A couple may also take one double room and the single as a studio for £1300 pcm

The house has two bathrooms, a nice garden with a fish pond ,has dedicated parking space and is in a quiet area of Headington on the bus 8 and x3 routes, easy access to Jr hospital and Headington High Street.

Note the single is currently unfurnished. I can provide it furnished with a modest increase in rent.
