Double Room surrounded by greenery

I am a live in landlord renting a double room (sharing a bathroom with 1 other person) in my 3 bed house for the summer (now until autumn, move out date flexible).
You would be living with 2 female professionals working in sustainability and 4 silkie chickens (they stay in the garden 😊).
The house has one small and one big garden and lots of outdoor space to enjoy the summer in.
We are looking for someone who is tidy, considerate, and interested in making the house a peaceful and cooperative atmosphere (eg we sometimes bake for each other, have chats in the kitchen etc).
£700 per month including all bills (including a gardener and cleaner).
An interest in gardening / the chickens / sustainability is a bonus but not a must!
