**The Room:**
A bright, comfortable, fully furnished room with your own private bathroom (not shared). Room includes bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk, desk chair and soft furnishings. Lots of natural light, calm decor and plenty of storage space. Good sized desk for studying or working from.

**The Flat/House:**
The property is a three bedroom house located in the Headington area of Oxford. It has a spacious kitchen diner which is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven and large fridge freezer. It also has an attractive, well-sized garden with two patios. There is plenty of on-street parking. Ideal for someone needing a comfortable short-term base in Oxford (e. g. visiting professional, researcher, intern, or between moves).

**Location & Transport:**
10 minute cycle / 15 minute bus ride from Oxford Brookes University Headington campus and the John Radcliffe Hospital. Number 8 bus to town centre is just a two-minute walk away. 15-minute walk from bus stops for London and Heathrow and Gatwick airports.

**About Us:**
You’ll be sharing with a warm and respectful household. We’re a professional couple with two young children, so the home is best suited to someone who appreciates a calm environment. The house is generally quiet and well-suited to someone with a regular working schedule.

**Who We’re Looking For:**
Someone who is tidy, respectful, and easygoing, ideally a professional or mature student. Working / studying from home is welcome. We're happy to have the occasional guest too, we'd just like to be notified first.

**Rent & Bills:**
£600 per month OR £200 per week for stays of less than a month.
Bills included.
Deposit: £600 for stays of one month+. £300 for stays of less than one month.

**Availability:**
Available from 6th July to 2nd October.
