Situated in a quiet cul de sac area with off street parking the property is fully licensed to all specification of a HMO, with certifications.

There are two shared bathrooms, and a large shared kitchen/dinner fitted with all mod cons included two fridge freezers and a dishwasher.

There is also a well sized garden, great for summer BBQ's and morning coffees.

The house is situated in close proximity to the BMW plant and the all the main hospitals - Churchill, Nuffield and JR.

Access to the city centre and Headington shops is easy and quick with local amenities within a 5 min walk.

The current housemates are all working professionals mostly working out in the week, but also enjoy socialising when at home.
