A large furnished double room is available in my comfortable two-bedroom flat in Headington, within easy walking distance of the JR Hospital and with excellent bus links into Oxford city centre. Bills and Wi-Fi are included, and you'll have use of the shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Parking is available if required.

I'm looking for a professional lodger who is looking for a calm, respectful home rather than a busy house share. The flat would suit someone who enjoys having their own space, values a peaceful environment, and is considerate of the people they live with.

I'm friendly and easy-going, and I'm happy to chat, but I also appreciate that everyone needs their own time and privacy. I think the best house shares are built on mutual respect, good communication and keeping shared spaces clean and tidy.

Occasional guests or partners are absolutely fine. I simply want the flat to remain a relaxed home rather than somewhere that's regularly used for entertaining.
