Double Mezzanine Room in Friendly House Share

I'm looking for someone to take over my lovely double room in a friendly, female only, five-bedroom house share from the end of August/start of September (flexible).

The room is fully furnished, has a mezzanine bed and fantastic built-in storage, and you'll only be sharing a bathroom with one other person. Rent is £700 per month, with all bills included and no deposit.

I've absolutely loved living here and am only moving because I've accepted a new job outside Oxford. What really makes the house is the people - it's a friendly, relaxed place where everyone gets on well and people tend to stay for a long time. We often end up watching TV together or catching up over dinner, but there's never any expectation to join in, so it's easy to have your own space when you want it too.

The room itself is bright and airy, with lots of natural light and excellent storage. The mezzanine bed also gives you loads of usable floor space.

The house is in a fantastic location on a quiet residential road (not a through road), just a short walk from South Park. It's around 7 minutes' walk to both the Oxford Tube (direct to London) and the airport bus stop, and the city centre is about 40 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bus. There's also secure bike storage and great Wi-Fi.

The landlords have been great throughout my time here - friendly, responsive and quick to sort out any issues. We also have a simple cleaning rota (one person each week), which helps keep the house clean and pleasant for everyone without it being a big job.

We're looking for another female housemate who’s friendly and considerate who’ll fit in with the warm, easy going atmosphere of the house.
