Large double room with huge driveway and garden

I'm sadly moving out of this great house to move to London so I am looking for somebody suitable to replace me.

I've been living here 5 years with one of the current tenants, this is a friendly house and we're looking for someone who wants to continue that vibe.

The room is on the third floor and provides ample room for a desk/work area, I've been working from home the last 5 years and it's been enough room for me to be comfortable.

We care council tax band E but all bills are included in the 838 payment :)

There is a shared kitchen and lounge, we share all appliances so there's already a fully equipped kitchen ready to use. We have a nice TV with an apple TV connected so you can watch all your favorite shows, we're currently working through the Sopranos.

The driveway is huge so there is more than enough room to park your car safely off the street, my car currently in the picture will be going so there'll be even more room.

We have a big garden that's great for BBQs in the summer, the garden needs a little love but luckily 2 of the current tenants are ex landscapers who often do jobs in the garden making it look nicer every time.

You'll be living with a group of lovely guys who love to do things such as running, climbing and F1.

The room will come with the bed, the leather chair, the drawer, the wardrobe and the desk. I can leave my desk chair here too if needed.

I can do viewing virtually or in the evening weeknights, sometimes the weekend too just get in touch.
