Urgently seeking 4th housemate

Hello! We are a group of 3 girls looking for a 4th housemate for a lovely 4-bedroom house in Headington from 10th August 2026. The house has 4 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a lovely huge kitchen with lots of space, a separate dining room, a back garden, THREE freezers and appliances, and is located an 8-minute walk away from Old Road Campus. Rent is 687.5 per month, not including bills and council tax, and photos of the house are in the listing. Council tax band is C and if you are splitting the tax it comes to about 94 pounds per month. There is also off-street parking in the space in front of the house, and racks for bikes.

A little about us:
Current occupants are two graduate students studying Immunology, and a post-doctoral researcher in statistics, all in our 20s.
•⁠ ⁠We are friendly and sociable, but respectful of each other's space and need for downtime
•⁠ ⁠⁠We love cooking and baking - so can promise a supply of treats to try and the occasional house dinner
•⁠ ⁠⁠Occasional house movie nights, but are otherwise quiet
•⁠ ⁠⁠We’re very clean and tidy, and looking for someone similar

We're looking for someone who is respectful, clean and considerate in shared spaces, and looking for a friendly, welcoming, calm home environment. For council tax reasons, we are looking for students only, or a professional willing to cover the council tax with the post-doc. Importantly, you must have a stipend/income OR a UK-based guarantor to be able to pass the affordability check done by the agents. We’ve already put an offer down and are looking to sign the lease ASAP!
