Bills are exclusive -rent is NOT including bills, but can be included for extra money if reaching an agreement.

Currently there are 2 double sized bedrooms are newly decorated with good quality furniture. One bedroom can be used as sitting &dining room, or office or another guest bedroom.
The flat is at Ist floor, quiet and bright. New windows, new carpet, the entire space is newly decorated 6 months ago.
Therefore I'm looking for A decent and clean tenant, maximum 2 people, preferably one professional who is not working at home.
