The room is ideal for a quiet female undergraduate or postgraduate student, researcher, healthcare professional, visiting academic or someone looking for a peaceful home rather than a busy house share.

*Usual household noise in the morning and evenings and weekends.
*The bathroom is shared with occasional use during the day.
*Access to washing machine and heatpump tumble dryer.

* Kitchen access is available for preparing simple meals and hot drinks. As this is a family home, we simply ask that kitchen use is coordinated around family meal times and that no pork or alcohol is brought into or consumed within the home.
