The room is large and comfortable, with a king-size bed, study area and desk, adjustable IKEA chair, plenty of storage, clothes rail and full-length mirror. Bikes can be safely kept in the back garden.

The ground-floor bathroom is close to the room and is occasionally used by the rest of the household as we have another bathroom upstairs. Washing machine and heat-pump tumble dryer are available.

We are looking for a quiet female student or professional who would prefer a peaceful family home to a busy house share. We value our own privacy and will equally respect yours, so the room would particularly suit someone who is happy living independently within a shared home.
