Professional seeking flat mate in Duplex Apartment

I am a 32 year old trainee surgeon at the John Radcliffe Hospital and I am looking to rent out a room in my flat to an individual of similar background (young professional).

My duplex flat in Headington is very spacious, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, separate kitchen and dining room and large living room with balcony.

The flat is in a quiet retreat near Shotover Park and Headington is just a short walk away. It has excellent access to the ring road.

The room is a single with very large wardrobe, and new furniture: single bed, desk and chair, bedside table.

The tenant would share the main bathroom with my female flatmate (I have a separate en suite). There is an additional toilet downstairs.

We have a spacious flat with large living area, separate kitchen and dining room, gas hobs, American fridge-freezer with ice-maker.

I would ideally be looking for a flat mate who is clean and tidy and will look after all the new appliances/furniture that have been bought. I do work quite a lot at home, so ideally looking for someone who enjoys a peaceful existence. No pets or smokers unfortunately.

The flat is complete with high speed (76Mbps) fibre-optic broadband. We have a second floor balcony overlooking a lovely wooded retreat. There is parking available on site within the gated development.

Headington hospitals are less than 20 mins walk away as are the Headington shops.
