Room AVAILABLE ONLY MONDAY TO FRIDAY. A lovely, very large bright annexe. It has it's own bathroom with bath and shower, and a private sitting room with TV/DVD and cooking facilities which include fridge combi-microwave oven, halogen hob, kettle and toaster.
In addition to the king-size double bed there is a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side cabinets, and desk. An iron and hairdryer are also included.
The annexe itself is quite self contained and has a secluded seating area in the garden.
The rent includes all household bills, room cleaning and laundry of bedding and towels. There is off road parking and CCTV.

We are a 10 minute walk from the Churchill and Nuffield Hospitals, 15 minutes from the JR Hospital, Oxford Brookes and Headington Shops where buses go regularly to London, the Airports, Town Centre and the Railway Station. Close proximity to Shotover Country Park.
