The two current tenants are professional, friendly and easy to live with i. e. house-trained!
All bills are included (council tax, water, gas, electricity, t. v, broadband)
£600 deposit and references are required (professional, showing employment & income, and personal, preferably from a previous landlord). A contract will be signed, but there are no administration/agency fees. Long term let preferable.
