Single room for rent!

Hi there!

I am looking to share my house with someone who is tidy and easy to get on with. There is one room available.

A single furnished room is available for £400 per month. This covers all bills!

The house is shared with one other working professional. I am looking for someone who is friendly and outgoing and also respectful and tidy! I enjoy running and sport, going out for a beer, watching bands, going out to pubs and clubs etc so someone into similar things would be ideal! Someone up for going out and having a laugh! I also like my movies and relaxing at home with the guitar (I dont play loudly!).

I have been renting a room for a few years now and it usually goes fairly quickly so I would recommend coming to have a look as soon as you can! If you have any questions don't hesitate to email.

MOVING DATE: Current tenant moving out end of July so putting 1st August as the moving in date.

The house:

Room 1: (One for rent) Single room with single bed, bedside table and large double wardrobe with drawers with loads of space! Wireless internet too.

Bathroom: Pretty big with Electric shower and bath. Just had it refurbished so it looks great.

Lounge: Main lounge has big comfy sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV with free view and DVD player, also large selection of dvds ! Also has desk with desk top computer and printer for everyone to use.

Kitchen/dining room. This room has large Flat screen TV with Sky and dvd player and large three seater sofa. Dining table with chairs. Kitchen has gas hob and oven, microwave, kettle, coffee/ expresso machine all cutlery and cooking utensils supplied for communal use. Washing machine and dryer. Also fridge and freezer.

Conservatory: Has another large fridge freezer as well as smaller fridge (beer fridge!). Also has weights bench and seating.

Attic and sheds available for furthur storage.

Garden: Nice front garden and back garden has nice lawn and vegetable patch. Also has garden table and chairs and large gas barbeque! There is a side alley where bikes can be stored safely.

Location: Short walk to John Radcliffe Hospital (about 5 minutes walk) . Bus stop literally 50 metres away to City Centre, train station, Abingdon and Oxford Brookes with buses every 20 minutes. Shops and pub within walking distance (5 mins to a co-op, cafe, Threshers, fish and chip shop, Chinese, post office, Dr's surgery and pizza hut express, pharmacy ), and close to Oxford Brookes. Brookes gym 10 minutes away as well as Ferry Road sports centre. 5 mins from Summertown by car.

Internet is a good and fast connection.

Permit parking on street for residents.

If possible would like a reference from last landlord or place of work! Deposit of one months rent required. I do contracts 3 months at a time but am happy to extend them long term. The last few tenants have stayed for about a year or more each time.
