Attic room. Rent negotiable in exchange child care

We have a bright single room available to rent in our family home.
The room is fully furnished with a private bathroom on the top floor and is separate from the family accommodation. Food, WIFI and all bills are included in the rent.

Our house is in Headington, 2. 5 miles from the city centre, on regular bus routes and within walking distance of Headington shops, the JR, NOC and Churchill hospitals, Brookes university campus and miles of open space in Shotover Park.

We are a professional family with 2 adults and 2 boys aged 11 and 15.

We will give preference to someone who wants to negotiate the rent in exchange for helping with child care and dog walking. This arrangement has worked well before with a mature student and also a trainee teacher but may suit others who have patience and experience with children, especially boys.

We are flexible on times and numbers of hours. We need help mainly in the evenings between 4- 7.30 pm with transport/homework/evening meal for 2-3 hours.

PLease note if you are interested in helping with child care, you MUST be able to drive and speak english well enough to help homework. We will provide the car.
