Hi my name is Tom. I'm a 26 year old male and I'm looking for a friendly, sociable individual (male or female) to rent out a room in my 2 bedroom flat. The flat is located in a nice and peaceful development in Headington and allows easy access to the ring road. It is also located quite near to the hospitals. The room is a reasonable size double and since I have my own bathroom you would have (with the exception of guests) exclusive use of the main bathroom. You would also have your own personal parking space located in a well lit car park next to the block. There is also a secure bike shed available. The room is fully furnished, as is the rest of the flat and the washing machine is a tumble dryer as well so no need to hang your clothes out to dry! The rent is £346 per month plus a flat rate of £150 per month for bills which include electricity, water, WIFI, council tax etc. The room is available now so just drop me a message if your interested!
