Single room to rent - Cheap rent for area

- A single room to rent in a house of 6 in the nice, and quieter, Headington area of Oxford.
- Close links to city center, Oxford Brookes University and walking distance of the JR Hospital.
- Communal bathroom shared between 4 (the top floor bedrooms have there own en-suites).
- Communal living room / kitchen.
- Large garden.
- Parking on site.
- Broadband.

There are currently 6 members of the house (3 x professionals and 3 x final year students). I am looking to pass on my tenancy due to work commitments. There is a one off fee of £148 to be paid by the new tenant and a fee of £200 to be paid by myself (both to the estate agent as part of taking over the new tenancy).

We need a professional to take over the tenancy as we are currently paying council tax between three. Therefore, if a professional came in, this would still be divided by three.
