Lovely huge double room with shower room

I have a double room with shower room to rent in my lovely home in central Headington. It is perfect for someone who wants to live in a peaceful, friendly, spacious and beautiful home.

The room is a large double and is the master bedroom. It has a double bed with drawers for storage underneath, an ensuite shower and sink (but no toilet), a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, and a desk.

A cleaner comes to clean the communal areas twice a month on Tuesdays.

I am currently fostering a sweet, old house cat named Minke who mostly stays downstairs.

It is 5-minutes walk to Headington shops, the Nuffield Orthopaedic and Churchill Hospitals, 20-minutes walk to the John Radcliffe Hospital and a 15 minute bus ride to central Oxford. On-street parking is available, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with friendly neighbours.

I own the house and I live here. I'm friendly, quiet, tolerant and used to sharing my home. I am a clinical trial manager and medical researcher at the university.

The house is spacious and cosy. There's a living room, a dining room, garden room, large garden and use of a spare bedroom for friends/family to stay. The house is clean, tidy, and well looked after.

The rent is £750 a month including bills. This figure covers council tax, gas, electric, broadband and water. The deposit is £750.

I am looking for someone who:
- Is a complete non-smoker
- Is a professional working person
- Is fairly tidy

I do not take:
- Couples
- People without employment
- Smokers (including occasional smokers, social smokers, and people who only smoke outside)

*A female housemate is preferred.
