House has large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge, on and off road parking, a bike store, garden and sundeck.
The house is of a very high standard and the rent is £525pcm +£60 pcm for bills for this room. Other sharers are myself (a self employed consultant), a masters student/NHS worker and a catering manager and we are all very sociable.
References, evidence of earnings and 'right to rent' + one months deposit are required.
