Bills included are Council Tax, broadband and television licence. Bills in addition to rent are gas, electricity and water.

Over the last 12 months, total bills have been 938 GBP per person. But bills do vary seasonally. because of the cost of heating. So in 2015/16 the worst bill (winter) was £117 per person per month, the best bill (summer) was £53 per person per month.

There is no security deposit as such, but £345 is held as payment in advance for bills arriving after departure and for cleaning at that time.

Lets shorter than five months will be considered for a higher rent, and could include bills. We frequently host visiting foreign academics for a few months at a time.
