This furnished ensuite bedsit is available from 4 January initially for an Assured Shorthold Tenancy of a fixed 3 months, thereafter rolling over on a monthly basis on a Periodic Assured Shorthold with 2 months' notice.

The kitchenette has a hot plate + microwave + mini-fridge (hence not for the culinarily ambitious) + portable compact washing machine (for bigger loads, there's a launderette very nearby.) There's an en-suite w/c + shower.

Plenty of street parking where we are, but you'd need to buy your permit from the city council. The neighbourhood is leafy, quiet, safe, next to the gazetted Shotover conservation area.

References, employment letter, and ID (passport; I'll scan a copy) will be required before the tenancy agreement can be signed. The deposit is 5 weeks' rent, lodged with the government agency DPS (Deposit Protection Service). Both rent and deposit are payable on signing of contract.
