We have two studio flats available in Henley-on-Thames. The spaces have a separate kitchen and bathroom and plenty of storage space. The spacious bedroom area can be sectioned off from the light-filled living room area with sliding doors.

• Studio without garden: £345pcm per person for couples sharing, £530pcm for sole occupancy.
• Studio with garden: £358pcm per person for couples sharing, £550pcm for sole occupancy.
• Listed fees include council tax, but exclude other utilities
• 15 minute walk to the train station where there are regular connections to London, Reading and Slough
• You’ll be close to the high street where you can experience Henley’s independent boutiques and riverside dining with its wide range of clothing stores, antique emporiums and speciality eateries.

To become a Dot Dot Dot guardian, we ask that you are:

• Happy to commit 16 hours each month to charitable purposes of your choice
• Open-minded, flexible, reliable, creative and resourceful
• Over 18, not living with children or pets
• Earning an annual income of 30x the monthly licence fee, or able to evidence savings amounting to at least 6x the monthly licence fee.
• Able to evidence your right to rent in the UK
• Able to provide a solid move on plan in case you are given 28 days’ notice to leave the property
