This is a newly refurbished flat with new carpets, new appliances, new kitchen, new bathroom, new spot lights, new floors, and just finished decorating. Most of the furniture is brand new as well including a new mattress. It's about a 15 minute walk to town. Lots of allocated visitor parking spaces you can use. We are right by the tennis courts and lots of hiking trails near us. Lovely views of cows in a field from the kitchen. Quiet area.
