Double room in town centre

Hi,
I am looking for one person to rent a room in my two bedroom (2nd floor) flat with access to the lounge and kitchen.

I have a lovely spare double room, fully furnished, king-size bed and modern en-suite, currently no desk for working from home as you can see on the picture but can be arranged if necessary.

Location: In the town centre, train station and bus stops, most shops cafés and restaurants are within 5mins walk.
No parking onsite.

The rent includes all amenities such as electricity, gas, water, heating and WiFi.

Due to the 2nd floor location and no lift, the stairs are not physically disability friendly.

The ideal candidate is someone who is clean and tidy, respectful and who treats the home as their own.
I am looking for a chilled professional, who is happy with the quieter things in life, no hassle. Non-smoker please.

I have visitors, boyfriend or rarely friends/neighbours/family and you are welcome to have your friends around as well.
