Looking for someone to take over the second room in my flat. It’s partially furnished (bed) with an inbuilt wardrobe.
The flat is in a very convenient location - a 10 minute walk from the town centre, and just 5 from the station. Very quiet with a lovely balcony.
I am a tenant and looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s half of the tenancy.
Bills not included in the price - they work out at approx £180-200 per month.
I'm a dance teacher, journalist, photographer, & PA (jack of all trades, master of....) Spend most of my free time in the dance studio or out on a walk. Love dogs and houseplants.
Would love someone who I can share the occasional flat dinner with on the rare evening I’m actually home!
There is one parking space that I currently share with my current flatmate - we take turns parking on the road.
Looking for someone from beginning of August but can be slightly flexible!
